Directions

From Blackfriars Underground Station (District and Circle Lines):
Leave the main entrance and cross Blackfriars Bridge. If you look over the river to the right you will see a large sign painted on a wall, Gabriel's Wharf. On the other side take the stairs to the riverside and walk past the park and then the entrance to Gabriel's Wharf is between two restaurants. You will see the bikes in the square at the other end.
From Blackfriars Overground Station (Thameslink):
when stepping off the train follow exit signs towards the Bankside/Tate Modern. Out of the station turn left, walk under Blackfriars bridge and along the river past Doggets pub and Oxo Tower Wharf. Gabriel's Wharf entrance is between two restaraunts. The bicycles are located at the far end of the square.
From Waterloo Underground Station (Bakerloo, Jubilee, Northern Waterloo and City lines):
When you are in the station take the signs for the Southbank. In the ticket hall take the exit onto the main road, (York Rd) TURN LEFT towards the railway bridge. In-front of the bridge you will find a map to get your bearings. Follow the signs for Oxo Tower under the bridge to Upper Ground turn RIGHT. Walk along the road until you come to Gabriel's Wharf on your LEFT. If you come to a small park you have gone a bit too far.
From Waterloo Overground Station (South West Trains):
Take the main EXIT 5 down the stairs TURN LEFT to cross the main road (York Rd). On the other side you will find a map to get your bearings. Follow the signs for OXO TOWER under the bridge to UPPER GROUND turn RIGHT. Walk along the road until you come to Gabriel's Wharf on your LEFT. If you come to a small park you have gone a bit too far.
By Bus:
Take any bus to WATERLOO BRIDGE or BLACKFRIARS BRIDGE get off on the south-side of the RIVER THAMES. Walk along the side of the river until you come to GABRIELS WHARF. There is now a new service that will bring you to the door. The RV1 this service runs from TOWER HILL to COVENT GARDEN along the south side of the river Thames. The stop for Gabriel's wharf is BERNIE SPAIN GARDENS.
By Car:
There are two car parks close by, one entrance is on UPPER GROUND and the other is on CORNWALL ROAD. Parking regulations are enforced vigorously in the area. It is possible to park for free on single yellow lines on Sunday, and in some places on Saturday afternoon.
